We provide more food service workers to New England–area clients than any other temporary agency. Each temp on our roster is right for the job — our testing procedures and training program ensure it. Our office team of former food service general managers and directors provides the responsiveness and experience you need in a staffing partner.

Selection of Temps
We provide staff to all the top caterers, country clubs, hotels, and contract food service companies. Our front of the house staff has a great appearance. They are bright and articulate and understand the definition of hospitality: wanting to serve others. Our back of the house staff is selected for appearance, experience, and communication skills. You'll get great temps, in uniform, on time, every time.

Last Minute — NO PROBLEM
Your request for temps will receive an immediate response, even after business hours. We prefer advance notice, but we shine when it comes to next day or even same-day service. For culinary workers, call by 6 a.m. and we'll have staff at your door within the hour. Do you need a cook, dishwasher, and banquet waiter for a dinner shift tonight? Do you need twenty wait staff in tuxedos and four bartenders for the weekend? No problem!

Appearance
When our staff looks good, you look good. So we provide tuxedo or oxford and tie attire to banquet staff and white kitchen attire to culinary staff; you can always count on a clean, pressed, and consistent look. Our banquet staff even wear brass name badges for easy identification and elegant style.

Competence
Our cooks are tested for knife skills, culinary knowledge, and food safety. Our wait staff and bartenders go through a hands-on training program and written skill assessment. All bartenders are Bar Code certified by the National Restaurant Association. Our screening process ensures you get the right person for the job.

Fully licensed and insured
Every worker is an Event Temps employee and covered under our insurance, which includes Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability & Liquor Liability. Event Temps is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Occupational Safety.

Security
We verify all Social Security numbers for work eligibility and CIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) clearance, and we provide multi-state criminal record checks when required.
